I was employed by EGL Ltd as a consultant to help implement an interactive voice response system that enabled their Studio website users to pay into their account via the telephone. The solution was integrated into their existing  legacy systems using web services and IBM MQ technology.

The technologies used included:

  • IBM Process Server
  • IBM WebSphere Application server
  • IBM WebSphere MQ
  • Clustered servers running AIX
  • DB2 DataBase
